priveleges VS. responsibilities
I'm not saying whether you did that or not.
But, before you signing the assignment, you will have to check the conditions of the dwelling.
The landlords or their representatives could never keep watching you in your home, which doesn't make sense, but they can Prove that everything was fine at some point.
If in the court, you will need to Prove that something was wrong at some point and you took some necessary actions.
The building is not yours (rented), usually you can not just find someone to do the work except some small things (by common sense)
So the privileges are : if it's naturally broken or something with the landlord/building, tenants have the right to ask landlords to fix or pay.
The responsibilities are : if it's from the tenants, landlords have the right to ask tenants to fix or pay.
Others: others
Hope it helps. |
