如果是留学生和陪读/旅游身份，应该只能自费了，建议还是回去生，因为特殊情况，只要住院费用太高。或者一般学校和单位有group insurance，可以把配偶加上。

如果是移民男性和配偶visitor签证，有些midwife只会charge很少的费用，但要尽早排，多排，附近城市的也排上，很多时候会排不上。如有这种情况，可以给我站内消息。
