我是吃软不吃硬的那种人，我说过了，我发现他们的低劣素质以后哪怕损失500块钱也不愿意再和他们做生意了。
我咨询了另外一个dealer,他说这种情况下他们必须退款。自己解决不了通过消费者保护协会，最多delay 几周我百分之百可以拿到钱。

终于收到了回音（之前一直玩消失）：
The car wasn’t on my lot. The contract is not yet cancelled. Should be done by righting. Like you change your mind very often you should present to the dealer and do the demand by righting. You never did that Jenny. How can I cancel a contact if is no demand to cancel by righting in 24 hrs. cause you have a contract signed by you and me and after that I have to deliver the car to you. You did not care at least to come to see me or my superiors and to give a reason WHY. However, I’m just a sales person and is not me to decide for the next step. The best thing to do is to get the vehicle you ordered.

可见我们同事提醒我的要发传真给他们是多么重要（挂号信要好几天才能到，肯定不行），因为他们居然会很无赖地抵赖事实。

最新消息，我打了消费者保护协会的电话：514-253-6556 （我等了差不多10分钟），就是我最开始post的那个我们同事给我找的opc网站。
他们说这种情况我可以拿到我的钱。光是还没开始financing这一条就证明合同还没有生效。
甚至dealer收500块钱的预付款都是违法的。

下一步他们会发信给我一份表格，一式四份的那种表格，有一联用挂号信寄给dealer,
有一联加合同副本，加dealer收我钱的凭证，加上我发给dealer的传真副本寄给他们，就行了。
我拿到钱再来通报。

他们说in quebec, dealers are not allowed to keep the deposit.
我说的违法可能不是最确切，但是反正他们是不该收的。

多年前有过签完lease， 第二天又Cancel的经历， Sales很nice，当场退还押金。

还有一点要补充的是，当时因为他们有的人已经下班了，所以我的financing还没有做，他们想让我第二天再过去一趟，我不太想去，他们就说第二天通过电话可以做financing, 但是因为这些冲突就没有做。
