I haven't read your post in detail yet, don't have much time now, but believe u need:

- insulate your cold water pipe(s) (hardware stores sell them, sty-ro-foam), or$ e$ Y9 ?; N& [6 \
- heating "wire" to wrap your cold water pipe(s). (The ELECTRIC orange big "wire" will heat up AUTOMATICALLY when temparature drops to certain degree)$ a4 L# R" U" c! f* l5 Z7 D
. n T6 Z% O& Q, G( OCheck your water pipes, where it could be cold, use 1 of the above. Go to any hardware store (Canadian Tire/Reno/Home Depot/etc), they will show u. ! e/ {% b1 E- Q5 Z
. Q& q/ o& p: HI've never seen it myself, heard of people wrapping cold and hot water pipes together to "share heat", if that is your case, u need to separate them and your cold water pipe definitely need heating.# ~9 C7 x; K. O& w
