I haven't read your post in detail yet, don't have much time now, but believe u need:

; m9 i9 z1 g! T: k2 P K( P- insulate your cold water pipe(s) (hardware stores sell them, sty-ro-foam), or% f' M7 O- `/ g A& q
- heating "wire" to wrap your cold water pipe(s). (The ELECTRIC orange big "wire" will heat up AUTOMATICALLY when temparature drops to certain degree)

Check your water pipes, where it could be cold, use 1 of the above. Go to any hardware store (Canadian Tire/Reno/Home Depot/etc), they will show u.

- D/ O( u4 y9 u2 N( E; bI've never seen it myself, heard of people wrapping cold and hot water pipes together to "share heat", if that is your case, u need to separate them and your cold water pipe definitely need heating.) B# w& j% g8 r2 ?
