下班回来热水有了，遵照朋友建议趁热打铁，开着热水，大概2分钟，冷水也有了。总体来说，我的问题属于无为而治，完全靠的是从昨天开始的天气回暖，不知有没有后遗症。不过，不想再发生。以后要密切注意气温动向，户外温度-20的时候，要把龙头开一点点。

I got his phone from here. you can serch at here, or I can send you his phone no. But sure, I never meet him, he only instructe me over the phone.

I haven't read your post in detail yet, don't have much time now, but believe u need:

-  insulate your cold water pipe(s) (hardware stores sell them, sty-ro-foam), or
-  heating "wire" to wrap your cold water pipe(s).  (The ELECTRIC orange big "wire" will heat up AUTOMATICALLY when temparature drops to certain degree)

. n  T6 Z% O& Q, G( OCheck your water pipes, where it could be cold, use 1 of the above.  Go to any hardware store (Canadian Tire/Reno/Home Depot/etc), they will show u.  

. Q& q/ o& p: HI've never seen it myself, heard of people wrapping cold and hot water pipes together to "share heat", if that is your case, u need to separate them and your cold water pipe definitely need heating.
