A,家用：7M FIBRE ,100G USAGE,51.20$/moi 实际付费，无合同。
B，商用：6M，fibre？300G usage,加电话的 bundle 计划，3年合同，税后价格：约90$/月.具体价格要等到20号见到bill.我觉得这个deal不错，当然，谁都买不到市场上最低的东西的。
质量比较：BELL的东西是最好的。BELL的人也是最操蛋的，你该骂就骂，该买就买。小公司，扣B索索地，误了事，一年的网费都进去了。

我不太理解，难道服务内容可以单方面说改就改的吗？比如我用的是******两年的Prepaid contract，钱已经付了，之前说好是unlimited usage的，难道合同还没到期，他们可以单方面改成限制流量的服务吗？这算不算违约呢？

最近听说一个政府的新规定，从2月1日开始，魁省和安省的所有网络公司都不可以再提供无流量限制的服务了，也就说，我们以前用的 A C A N A C， 凯亚，PRIMUS， 等等的无流量服务都改成有流量限制的了， 大部分订的是60GB/月，过量的另收费。 那大家都打算怎么继续使用PPS， UUSEE等软件看国内电视。。。。

请教一下。。。

只可惜他们的ADSL2+服务覆盖范围很小，只有靠近downtown的一片区域可以申请。
