This project has no ads at Chinese papers. They are too proud to pay ads....
I saw they rejected an ad agent from ***讯 roughly ....

其实删不删都那么回事，反正没有多少剩的了，开发商是肯定不用打广告了。 现在二期三期waiting list上都有好几十家，1期等退房的list上也不下10家。
很多买studio和3半的是投资出租的。 4半倒是很多人自住的，卖的也很好。
