8 y. c$ I3 k) U% D好像只是一年不得出租而已(你正好可以把房子翻新,粉刷). 就算没给家人住,房客应该也没办法吧. 毕竟我家东西太多了, 东西放不下,得用一整间屋子来放,这也不算犯法吧.
