请教房东可否以房租便宜涨房租呢？

另外整栋楼没有大修就是多装了2个摄像头，我知道的就这么多。其他没有任何变化。可是公司一直强调，你住downtown 这个房租太便宜了必须多涨

如果是我就不用理他,一封挂号信给他说不同意涨.他要告就他自己去开档,我觉得一般人不会浪费时间和精力和你折腾这5块钱的差距.如果他要折腾,到时候等判了你再给也不迟.

我倒不是怕和他去rental board
但是捏我可能下个月要转lease 怕是到时候人家不给转就糟糕了
