应该５５就够了，其他收的是电话月组费

I tried it before, I called bell, and they told me changing name is more expensive,like 55 + 35$
for hydroquebec, open account is 50$, you move to a nex app, change name from old tanent to yours, they charge you 20$

比方说后搬进来的租客是你的朋友. 他想省点钱用你原来的电话线. 因为移机跟新开户是一个价. 改名就是比较折衷的方法了. 我是听说有人这么做的. 以前只要 $25 (那时初装费是$ 50) 另外HydroQuebec也有改名服务的.

Actually one of my friend just did that. 但是改名是 $35 (还是改给在Bell有file的name, 如果没有就要 $55), 如果要 keep the same number 就是再加 $55. 所以如果改名但不保留同样的号码应该是 $35. 可能 Bell的政策一直在变, I don't have their latest news. 你要知道Bell今天怎么charge的, 最好自己打电话给他们.

钱不是问题，主要的是因为我和我朋友都问过，改名keep号码连Sympatico一块换名，但不能停我们的服务，特别强调服务不能停，电话那头对我们两人都答应了，结果电话停了2天，上网停了一个星期，打电话去问，查了对话记录后向我们道歉了无数次，服务依然照停，更可气的是，到现在，Sympatico依然在我朋友的名下，丝毫没动。
从上星期到现在，我每天都打电话给Bell,要求改名，Bell说是Sympatico的事情，Sympatico说因为我朋友是上网和电话一张帐单，而帐单是Bell发的，不关他们事，要我打电话到bell,Bell要嘛推回sympatico,要嘛没人接。

我前面说了, 改名是说你要搬家了, 后搬进来的租客是你的朋友. 他想省点钱用你原来的电话线. 这样他不用重新开户, 这叫改名. 至于他还用不用你原来的号码就牵涉到那个保留号码费了. (我有一个朋友刚刚这么改过一次名, 好象bell会特别问改名的人是不是还用你原来的号码).

请下次提问之前把前面的贴子看仔细点, 恕本人不再repeat了.
