My friend is in Tokyo now. She's a federal immigrant. She wants to fly directly from Tokyo to Montreal. Can she land in Montreal ? If she can, she should do landing process in the Doval airport or other place?

I landed in MTL (DOVAL) directly from Europe as federal immigrant. If your friend wants to settle down in QC eversince, better not tell the immigration officer at the airport.

请教一下，我也是联邦移民，想定北京到蒙特利尔的联票到蒙城定居，途中须在温哥华转机，而且我申请时登陆地点填的是温哥华，不知在通关时会不会有问题，移民官会不会提出疑义。联邦移民到蒙城是否需要特别的手续。谢谢
