About Bell "wirecare protection plan" !!!
I heard at least 3 same problems. My phone & Sympatico hsp didn't work last week. I called bell service, I was told if I didn't take wirecare protection plan, I would be charged up to $99 fee. I think my phone should be no problem. I don't need it. Next day I waited for him whole day, he didn't appear. I called them again. after this day, one hour before a tech support came, My phone work well suddently. He said my ketchen wire is broken. I knew he was lie, because I never use it. I told him I don't think my home wire has any problem, I never use it and I never touch it neither. he didn't say anything to go. I think if I agree take this Plan, the technical supporter must come next day. If I didn't tell him the truth, I am afraid I need pay the service fee. |
