Responsibilities:
·         Responsible for all levels of international freight forwarding operations including Air, Ocean, Ground and Customs
·         Responsible for routing incoming and outgoing communication regarding freight shipments and transportation needs for the company
·         Managing remote warehouse locations
·         Work with domestic and international customers and freight carriers to ensure the shipment is met on time
·         Managing freight and transportation documentation
·         Other assignments as requested

Requirements:
·         Degree and/or professional training in logistic, project management or other related courses is welcomed
·         Experiences in international freight forwarding industry
·         Ability to possess analytical, time management and customer service skill
·         Strong communication and project management skills
·         Be a good team player is a MUST
·         Ability to adjust to change and willing to work under pressure is crucial
·         Hard working, open minded and passionate candidate wanted

Computer Skills:
·         Must be computer literate and familiar with commonly used software such as Excel, Word, Outlook and Access

Languages:
·         English (Written and Spoken)
·         Chinese (Written and Spoken)
·         French (Professional working proficiency)
