For the organization of the Jiangsu Benevolent Association(Quebec), we would like to have our first meeting on Sunday March 9, 2003 11:00am.

Please confirm your presence by sending email to jiangsu_ca@canada.com with your phone number.
We have now around 30 persons interested in organization/management of the association. The best number can be held in the office is around 20. So please reply as soon as possible. then We will confirm your invitation.

If you name is not in the name list(email sent on the list already), please indicate you get this message from sinoquebec.

The meeting agenda:
1. introduction of the preparation of the association;
2. self-introduction of each friend with idea/suggestions;
3. elect a preparation board of the association;
4. to do list for the association;
5. assign of the main tasks to proper persons;
6. various topics

Today we had an important and successful meeting.
We nominated some groups and sectors leaders. Those who have taken the duties will make their plan for their group/sector. Some of us could not join the meeting. We might contact each other to see what we can do for the "Association".
We will have a meeting with the Jiangsu Benevolent Association - ZONG HUI.
Those who didn't join the meeting, please contact jiangsu_ca@canada.com, we still have some sectors need people to take care.
And if you have some friends well in organization, please refer to us, and we will invite them to join our team.
