Even though you take a training school, if the training school think you don't pass their evaluation, nothing will benefit you.  However if you pass their evalution, you will get a paper from them, and you can take road exam ahead of four months. That's it.

If you did not attend a driving school, after you pass theoretic test, you can take road test until you have waited 12 months. If you attend a driving school and pass their evalution, you will get a paper from them and  can take road test after 8 months. But, although you attend a driving school, but you don't pass their evalution, you can get a paper from them and you have to wait for 12 months for road test. Evalution takes about half hour, but usually they spend two hours, and you pay money for these two hours. It is about $45. If you are not rush to get driving licence, you don't have to attend driving scholl.
