No, YMCA is not a good place for basketball, I think the GYM is too small, plus I may not use all the facilities in it.

If you are a mcgill student, which i don't know if you are or not, it is free. Just pick up a schedule or go visiting the website to check the timetable for playing basketball because sometimes it will be used for volleyball or other games. If you are not a mcgill student, then you may have to pay for each enterance.

I am not a day-time McGill student, and actually I checked sthg about playing basketball in the GYM this summer before my semester starts, seems that I need to pay some money first for a student membership, or sthg like that.

I have a McGill student ID, can I come in the GYM with that card, get a locker, and play there according to the schedule? Are there a lot of people playing there, you know, I hate to take turns. Thanks!

Iverson, as long as you have mcgill id card and register mcgill courses, you can get free access. They don't care if you are a part-time or full-time student.

There are tons of aged lockers available in the Men's clocker room, but you should bring your own locker key to make sure ur stuff is safe.

No that many people on the court... you can always join them to play basketball. To avoid of back and forth, don't forget to check drop-in schedule.

Thanks! Actually I took all the exams there, so kinda figure out how to get in, no problem! I will go next semester for sure!
