问题如下:

1)我的mac book pro不能自己关机,一定要按按钮关
2)去了专卖店,专卖店说是软件问题,可以帮我restore, 但是我得先自己back up 我的files: 可以用time machine来back up 吗?
3)我丢了activation key ---> 这个activation key 可以在电脑上找吗? 如果找不到是不是得重新购买?

If you v registered your office, chances are they have the record under your email or name.

time machine backup wont hurt, do it.

if all fail, use 盗版. easy peasy under osx

oh and also, check your office's menu, like "about office". there might be info about your registration data.

Hi, thanks so much for your reply. I did call Microsoft, I'll have to pay around 40$ for a new activation code (compared to the 100$ for buying a whole new software) because I already have a registered product.

My issue (unable to shut down computer) seems to be solved (at lest now) by an reinstalling the operating system (done at the Apple Store).
