I do not know what you mean by that, but there is no agreement to be granted by any commity of any kind.
We are all waiting for the contractor to give us a date.
Now, read me carefully : you have to tell #3 TO STOP ASKING MISS xxx(这个人是保险公司负责人,负责赔钱和联系装修公司的) ABOUT A DATE. Do you understand ? Miss xxx is not the one who knows about any date. Only the contractor will tell us when he is ready : It's up to him and to him only to give us a date, not to me nor to Miss XXX, but him.
#3 had since july 5th to take care of his stuff.

我家地板因为买了台新洗衣机漏水全部都坏了,洗衣机公司承认是他们的失误,愿意赔偿维修更换费用。但是保险公司一直拖着不给我施工日期,拖到7月又到8月,到现在还是。他们非让我联系装修公司,装修公司又说在等我们管理员同意施工。于是我写信给管理员,他就这样回复我,我看到真是超级无语,所以写了那封信。

恕我直言,也许不爱听, 但真是为楼主好, 我想既然你发这个贴, 也是为了听各种意见和想法, 对不对
1. 您的英语表达的确问题蛮多的, 表现在:措辞不当;语法错误; 逻辑关系混乱;语调(tone)非常粗鲁(我想您应是个受过良好教育的人, 但是您的书写表现的态度却不是如此。)
2 管理员的书写也是同样问题,由于使用了具有人身侮辱和攻击的话语, 完全支持楼主诉诸法律求得公道。
因此, 在法庭上, 您可以辩解的是:您没有恶意, 尽管您的语调是气氛的, 您的语言表述是不完善的,但是这并不能以此为由而视为种族歧视和污辱。
3. 特别建议:您应该就事论事, 而不要对某族裔,或某国民进行评论。这在西方非常重要,切记。
