当然是去英国签证的网站填写申请表 然后交申请费 根据网站上的要求准备资料 然后等待面试 我想跟申请欧洲其他国家签证没什么特别之处吧，英国签证网站上关于申请流程应该有详尽的介绍

I applied it 2 years ago, as a foreign student with China passport, not PR. It's really simple. No interview required.

1 H; p+ \; j) A' O4 }# IGo to UK's embassy website, fill all the forms. Then bring all required documents to an agency in Ottawa. (it's listed on their website). The agency will make sure that you bring everything required. Once it's done, you just leave all the documents there. The agency will send them to some place (might be the embassy). You will get your visa after several weeks.

偶以前签过一次, 去了OTTAWA 一天, 但是也可以邮寄, 就是按大使馆的清单准备的材料, 提供一个英国的地址, 好像很容易签.
