Okay, I just spoke to Citizenship department, and what they told me is: people who apply for citizenship, which has to be living in Canada reach to 1095 days; then takes about a year to complete the process.

If from the day you arrivede and you never out of Canada, so you have to count for 1,095 days before you apply; otherwise you have to add more dates for the period you were out of Canada till reach to the 1,095 days you lived in at Canada.
