I am permenant resident here.I can't find a school to attend,even a diploma programme. And I have no chance to get a job, even washing dishes. I tried to seek for social help, but I can't find the real address. I don't know what I shoud do now. The only way may be back to china.

1. if you are a new immigrant, go to COFI.
2. if you want to enter a university, you are not able to find its real address? (both in English and French).
3. if you want to work, try to contact the Minister de Travail. Read newspaper, surf Internet for job hunting. Tons of information, at least, you are qualified at one piece of them.
4. if 1, 2, 3 do not work, move to other city, or go back home. ( I doubt you can do well in China? sorry for my frankly saying so.)
