downhill skiing 必备:
1)滑雪外衣,裤(要有防水处理),防水手套,帽子或护耳头带

2)高领内衬衣(turtle neck) 和内衬长裤,材料有100% cotton/50% cotton 50% polyester/90% virgin wool 10% polyster.
质量好而且价格便宜的地方是 Schreter (4358 St.Laurent) 在 Marie-Anne 角.

3) 滑雪具, 长度不要超过你的身高.一般要比你身高短2 - 4 厘米. 顶端要圆弧型,这样容易转弯.不易摔交.

4) 手仗: 长度以你手握住手仗后你的手臂成90度直角(手仗要倒放)

5)滑雪靴子: 需要售货员的帮助,要用量尺量并试穿.

买好后你的滑雪具要按你的身高,体重和滑雪水平调节binding 的设置
