今天拿到的新的permit，下面是申请的时间过程，供大家参考：
2013/10月底，培训班
等了3周，training certificate，
2013 /11底，到当地警察局交申请表
2013 12月底 RCMP 从信用卡划申请费
2014 3月20，省警察局电话调查
2014 3月27日收到permit。
五个月的漫长等待。。。
