littlebear, 今天环岛自行车旅行，前面我骑得太快，结果与你们失去联系，所以我一口气骑回Laurier. 用时2小时15分钟。真是又累又饿，连吃两个hot dogs. 不过今天不虚此行，挺过瘾的。祝你们一行几人玩得痛快。

Hi, Friends, I have changed my displayed name to NEC, it sounds better, meaning: NorthEast Chinese.
Hellen and YXWH: Are both of you professional? We took almost five and a half hours to complete the tour. We could not find you two, neither had any idea of were you ahead or behind us. Congratulations!!! Hope see you soon. But wait for me a little next time, I am too old. Elderly people move slow.

你可骑得真快呀！我们直到下午3:30才到的终点。不过慢也有慢有乐趣呀。我们半路在休息站吃了cheese和苹果、喝了牛奶，还照了很多照片！

正准备介绍一下昨天的全程给没能参加的朋友们呢  wink  

我们于早上9点进入等待队伍，不料st-Joseph已是人山人海，足足排了2公里的队伍前不见头，后不见尾。相信即使是从中国这个自行车王国出来的人也很少能见到这种盛况。  :p  
队伍缓缓前进，等到我们出发时已是10点30分了。幸好路中央有just for laugh的搞笑节目让大家忘记了时间。
一出发就狂奔不止的YXWH，我只远远的瞥见了一眼你的背影，然后就音讯全无，原来是猛将兄啊！  :p   
我们一路往北，路过了第一个采石场，11：30在第一个休息站吃了块“power bar”的巧克力，继续上路。
接下来的一段是沿着Prairies河西行。没想到北面的河岸也有如此的美丽！绿草，大树，小岛，飞鸟。。。后来我干脆骑到河岸边看风景去了，有一张叫做“全景”的照片是用三张照片拼起来的－－小熊得意之作！（可惜被网站缩小了）
在第二个休息站我们开始大吃大喝了。统计平均每人吃了：苹果1.5个，牛奶2瓶，cheese10块。。。吃得最多的是...Ming7???Michael???    
也是在这一站我们弄丢了Hellen，想不到你也这么有专业运动精神，sorry让你等我们了，我们这几个太好吃了！
离开河岸向南，骑了一段高速辅道，过桥，看到了第二个区大的采矿场，足足有近200米深，仿佛看到了一个大峡谷！
从中午开始艳阳高照，晒得我们口干舌燥，皮肤发烫，幸好一路有欢呼的人群，加油的音乐，还有喷水雾的水枪冲向头上身上，感觉一阵阵凉爽。路过消防站时，他们开动了救火车上喷水雾的大枪。冲过去虽只有短短的一瞬间，已经把我们淋了个透，专业的设备果然不同反响啊！   eek!  
在第三个休息站稍停，我们开始向西，路上吃了一个巨大的DairyQueen的冰淇淋，于下午3：30骑完了48公里的环岛游。
在终点公园里还享受了一把美女按摩，嘻嘻，服务真周到啊！

How do u feel after our big trip! alive and kicking?    I believe so! You are top! I am aching all over today but feel so proud!(but I don`t want to touch my bike for at least one week then, my butt is still hurting  :p  ) This is absolutely a 5 star adventure! can`t miss it!
