Everybody in this world has his or her problems, attitude to the problem make them different. So try always positive and constructive. My neighbor always tell me: Focus on solution instead of emotion. Emotion sometimes hurts a lot, and it does not help anything.
Take care of yourself, talk to people, you will find most of them are kind and nice. First thing first, you need to be responsible for yourself.
Winter here is long and cold, people are seasonal depressed a lot. If you don"t feel good sometime, it is normal. Give yourself a little time and go out see friends or do some exercises. Or you can write here, we are here willing to listen and help if possible.
