Because of SARS, I canceled my flight to China and ask refund for the ticket. % ?1 b' x6 s8 g" l& [5 ^The Chinese lady in JT charged me $50 service fee(it was $30 before SARS)and told me it needed 3 months to get the refund and she explained me the reason is because of Air Canada." L9 C* p$ q! h2 N& k) G
So I wait, but I don't feel reasonable for such a long time to get back my money paid by Visa. ! W" J, \7 p$ r$ CThen I contact with Air Canada refund service, and from what they explained to me I know that the JT lady is telling me a lie. 3 O; f5 Q& @+ I4 ?# |- _& d4 [; \/ @6 V" Z, r: S. |
She cheated me because she thought I am a Chinese and not familiar with the law here. ; l+ r7 e# E7 t2 f! V3 W4 H; }; k! n# y+ F, f- R# z/ I. [

Hey,everyone, you know, i used to buy the round trip tickets from Jade agency, and by some reason, I couldn't take the flight back to Montreal, and I asked the lady in Jade Agency to return the ticket and give back the refund, but they said NO WAY, shit! I don't understand why, I thought it was the law, so i said, is there anyway I can return the ticket, they said no! and you know, I also bought the tickets back to China, and coz the SARS, I couldn't get back, then I asked for refund,-no in Jade Agency this time. and they asked me $150 for service fee, coz I paid the money already, so I couldn't decide if I would be willing to offer them the damnshit service fee or not. So, eventually I paid the service fee of 150CDN. that's it! I was also pissed off so much! i don't know why, all the Travel Agency are so shitty like that!
