1. take Telynol. Make sure to buy Telynol for kids.

if he still has fever after 3 days, see doctor again.
use Telynol for enfant(last for 4 hours) during the day
and you can use advil or Motron 8 hours fever relief (for enfant)at night, so he can sleep well. This is what my kid's pediatritian told me.
