Thank you very much! If it is cancer, I feel that it will be hard to get refund. The doctor said it is better to get operated right away but if he come back for the operation, he will have to wait long time for sure. So do you think he can get refund for this reason? Thank you again, that's exactly what we think, he is already at treatment in China, life is most important. I am just thinking that we come to Canada for the Health System but finally we could benefit nothing from it, it's ridiculous.
