5月份递交的申请材料，不知道进度怎样了，现在家里有急事要回国，已定好8月的机票，怎么办？听说要本人亲自去取才行的是吗？

延期机票，无它法可走。否则回不来，到那时，只能在国内北京使馆再办回加拿大手续，更繁琐。

一般来说八月份可以拿到新枫叶卡了，如果拿不到只有两个办法，一、延期机票，二、申请临时签证，你可以打电话去问问具体办理办法。

我原来是4月初递的申请，后来是六月中旬拿到的新卡，当时也是遇到你类似的情况，他们就是告知可以申请临时文件回来可以过境，不过我在回国前几天收到了新卡。还有就是在网上你如果查到他们已经处理了，两到三周后不用等他们的通知，自己拿护照去拿也可以的，这样可以快点拿到新卡，我当初就是没有等到通知，自己跑去碰运气的。

我的也是这个月expire，正烦恼如何申请renew呢。查了www.cic.gc.ca,并申请取得了表格，好像是有加急程序的，就是要给老大多交些钱。
9 M) ^; l' Q* X+ r恳求各位前辈传授一下具体程序，需要提供哪些材料，光护照就行吗？机票可是找不到的了。另外还有其他什么注意事项。
