题目有点问题, 应该是:  在枫叶卡失效前多少时间内可以申请renew?

you can apply now,if you already stay here for two years in five years mark. I have the same case like you. I phoned 1-888-242-2100 today and odered the forms. they told me i can apply now. go to the website see the details before you fill the forms.
