% J2 P0 Z7 i3 k/ m7 x8 oDue to unemployment, I have become an owner of a depanneur. But the job is too havey that I have to hire somebody to work a few hours for me. Among the last few employees, there is a common thing they do regularly which I do not quite undertand. I am new as a depanneur owner. Hope some experienced folks can help me clear the doubt. : Q; V: D" j+ {5 {+ B

Intentionally or unintentionally, but regularly, S/He takes some high valued goodes and scan into the cacher (computerized) machine, then S/He had to refund them. Checked the saled record, all seems ok. Except that everyday, there will be record of refund of about 50-150$. The explaination is accidentally scanned in and had to refund. Other reason is typed in the wrong amount and had to refund and correct. That is ok. But the problem is that this happened everyday with bigger and bigger amounts. Checked the vedeo camera record, one of the lady even deliberately scanned an item in and refund it for multiple times while processing one of the transations. The final sales amount for the transaction is most of the time correct. , R" O# U8 `6 h

But I am still worried about the kind of strange behaviours, esp, when it becomes an habit and happens everyday. Hope some experienced folks or experts can give me some hint on it. 2 I4 p6 G* M% N0 N& [
