我友，新近landing的联邦移民，现在魁省居住。请问办理sin卡是否要预约
另办理太阳卡需要CSQ，申请CSQ是否需要提前预约，还是可以直接去申请，谢谢！！

都不需要预约。你不是魁省移民拿不到CSQ, 但是只要提供你是在魁省居住的证据，就可以申请健康卡

Except in certain cases, you will become eligible for the Health Insurance Plan after a waiting period of up to three months. We therefore suggest that you take out private insurance so that you will have coverage during the waiting period. For further information, don't hesitate to contact the Régie.

To register, just contact the Régie by telephone and ask to be sent the appropriate form.

If you are not a Canadian citizen, you must provide the Régie with the originals of the documents issued by the Canadian and Québec immigration authorities. If there is a social security agreement in force between your country of origin and Québec, you must also provide all the documents referred to in that agreement. If you have come to Québec for the purpose of taking up residence, you will be asked to submit one proof-of-residence document.

Proof-of-residence documents accepted (photocopies):

• a residential lease (the entire document);
  
• a deed of purchase of residential property (the entire document);
  
• an employer's attestation issued not more than 30 days prior to the application date and confirming that the person to be registered holds employment in Québec for more than six months;
  
• an attestation of enrolment in a program of study at a Québec educational institution.
