Urgent Help Needed---Can I land in Montreal directly from Europe(Federal Immig

I am Federal immigrant(initial landing city is Toronto) and want to settle down in Montreal.
And now I am in Belgium and will fly to Montreal directly next Feburary.(There is direct flight from Belgium to Montreal without passing through any other Canadian city such as Toronto or Vancouver).

Can I land in & settle down in Montreal without going to Toronto first?

Hope friends with similar experience can give me a reply.

Yes you can. But be careful, don't tell the immigration officer that you want to stay in Quebec, or you will have trouble, they maybe ask you to apply CSQ.
