If you are targeting to get L/B in the university, you needed to wait for 12 months and have to maintain yourself not to study full time in this first 12 months.

But you can get into the COFI class with no problem at all.

我的情况是这样的，我今年五月份登陆多伦多，办好了一切手续，但是七月份时，去蒙城呆了一个月，后又会多伦多，如果，我明年九月份入学，能否申请到L/B。

You have to stay in Montreal for another 12 months before you can get L/B.
But you can join the French COFI class, you can get $484 per month, totally 10 months.

刚才忘了，还是不要干违法的事情吧，你的SIN号码，医疗卡都是安省的，再拿一个以前的LEASE出来，岂不明摆着骗人么？
