With CSQ, they arrange you to learn French quickly, otherwise, u have to drink coffee at home during first 5 months.
  Go to east Montreal or any Quebec countryside, you certainly have chance to learn French quickly.
  Or go to learn French in the University, apply for L&B after you stay in QC for 3 months

估计你来的时候很容易上，因为COFI就要没钱拿了。bursary也要没了。

只是可能，因为最近一些报法语的朋友会被问道：“如果明年4月份没有补助，你是否继续读法语？”
估计政府有裁减这方面的资助的意向。不过放心，这儿通过任何决议都要层层审议，没这么快。

To Static8358:
  In financial assistance application form, you can read that L&B are available for ALL certificat programs in UM(continuing education).
  However, in here some people said L&B only avaiable for those learning French from level3.
  If it's true,I dont think UM offers level 1,2 to beginner.
   BTW,You had better ask Faculty of Continuing Eduction and financial aid office yourself.
