住在lachine， 能收到10几个英文台， 本地法语台只能收到2.1 和10.1 和62.1， 收不到17.1 和35.1
。 女儿很喜欢看Tele-Quebec ，收不到本地的（17.1）但能收到sherbrooke的 (24.1), 不过信号不稳定。转动天线发现如果24.1 信号好了，57.1 就很弱（也是女儿喜欢的）不知道怎么解决：是不是要用2个天线和一个switch？ 17.1 和35.1 没有黄家山上吗？
还有一个问题是，两台电视能否公用一个天线，信号会减弱吗？

按照楼主的帖子做了个天线，能收到8个频道，和我原来买的天线一样，没有多大区别。
可能是位置的原因吧。在beaubien地铁附近，在这附近有收到更频道的吗？

Thank you very much.

In fact, my home made antenna, right now, is in attic floor (阁楼上) and no more Metro and NBC.
I know one problem in my system:  the cable is too long ( from attic to basement  and then to different tv ) .   Especially, the cable from attic to basement is about 15M ( I put it inside the wall a few years ago).  I think I can make it shorter.

And I will try to set antenna in location and in different direction in the attic..

Last year got a signal amplifier, received PBS 33-1to4 for few months, turned unstable, then complete lost it. Now get 12 HD channels, if unplug signal amplifier, only 6 channels. Still no PBS.

Currently I need to move antenna ~1-2 feet left/right, depending on what channel(s) I want.  I'm thinking of making a 8-bay, how?

Current 4-bay too big :p, thinking of shrinking the antenna a bit, how?
