Try national bank. I insured Camry 2004, 1.4k only. very cheap.

My comments for those insurance companymy base is insure 2 car, instead of only 1 car, mostly car1new+car2old < car1new), those company is compared by same condition/coverage quote

1. National bank: only car insurace, no home insurance. They are give $125 as welcome bonus if you insure in their company. low price

2. TD bank (Premier insurance)(514-9542462): very good company, was working for CanadaLife, low price but small bit high, treat claim fast

3. Desjardins: lowest price
my define: 4star +

4. RBS royal bank(1-877-749-7224): Cheap in old car if insure 2 car. but new car will higher price
my define: 4 star -- or 3 star +

5. wawanesa and Belair: crazy price for less <6 year driver. They will ask double price as Desjardins ask. Old and big company but too proud to get new customer.

6. Meloche Monnex 3841112: was working for TD bank, good company similar as TD bank, but price little bit worse than TD. Know less of this company.

7. ING(514-3885466, 1-888-7946666): a company without own agent, the headoffice even don't take the quote question, It needs agents outside of the company. Worse service if have a claim. After claim, jump the price a lot

8. Lacapital: know less abou this company. cheap price. local company.

If you have any connection with Concordia University (student, former student, staff), contact them and tell them your are a concordian. they give VERY good rates to concordian.

大的公司，小公司出事找不到人。银行也很好。

价格比一般大公司便宜，而且万一出事理赔比较可靠。建议不要找太小报价太便宜的公司。
估计2000 sonata加上你是新手，保费应在1000元/年以上。我太太去年买的1999年camry,也是新照，保费是1300元/年。而且我的住房也是在该公司保的。我们当时问了报上所有华人经纪，报价都在1600元左右。
