An import/export company recruit an accounting manager:

Responsibilities:

+ v! O1 f5 F9 ?% v4 j

• Manage all accounting operations     including Billing, A/R, A/P, G/L, Cost Accounting and Revenue     recognition for multiple companies.
  1 U6 `# H% L0 n$ w3 ]* m
• Monitor     and record financial transactions according to company policies and     regulations, provide guidance to AR, AP, Payroll and other     accountant/bookkeeper when needed.
  
• Lead and coordinate the     budgeting/forecasting process and report project cost variances
  1 o8 ?# f# M$ t& h
• Manage and comply with reporting     requirements for tax credits and filings
  ) l7 n; v* k! e, Y8 v
• Prepare internal financial     statement timely according to bank loan reporting requirement
  
• Perform     month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and General Ledger     Journal entries.
  

Qualifications:

$ Q) D) a) a- C# \5 V% g. r
• have a recognized accounting     designation - CGA, CMA, CA or CPA
  
• 5+ years in a similar role in an     import/export company
  
• Excellent communication and     interpersonal skills
  
• Strong computer skills especially     in MS Office
  7 [* Q2 R: o2 h4 }# Y' q, v9 d
• Working knowledge of accounting     software (Acomba or ERP system)
  $ L0 m1 I/ t8 e# ^2 L( w
• Excellent     analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and     ability to meet deadlines
  
• Strong     planning and organizational skills

• Speak Fluently French and English
