Job Description
· Communicate with ourclientele via inbound calls and emails, Provide excellent assistance to ourcustomers’ inquiries which includes: Billing, service offerings, accountupdates, upgrades, cancellations requests, address and servicechanges/upgrades, moving orders, basic technical troubleshooting.

Skills/Qualifications:
· Education: Secondary,GED or higher
· Customer service experience with the telecommunication industry.
· Technical support experience is an asset
· Excellent communicationand listening skills.
· Analytical and problem solving skills.
· Ability to multi-task,and work under pressure.
· Ability to work in acomputerized and constantly changing environment.
· Knowledge of modemconfiguration (DSL modems, CABLEmodems, PBX, LAN, WAN, Android TV box, dualband routers) is an asset.
