Responsibilities:
Support and troubleshoot VoIP, Cable/DSL internet and IPTV systems
Develop a strong understanding of company products and procedures
Strong customer service and analytical skills
Communicate with customers to solve technical issues
Assist other departments to follow up any customer issues
Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadline
Configure DSL/ Cable Modem, and be familiar with Modems performance
Identify all kinds of VoIP, DSL, Cable & IPTV issues, provide solution to customer

Qualifications:
Professional attitude with exceptional customer service skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Possess a solid work ethic, organized and a multi-tasker
Knowledge and comfort with computer and associated operating systems
Knowledge of TCP/IP Protocols
Electronic background and ability to distinguish color code wires
Knowledge of circuit switches and twisted pair cables
Fluent in English and French (written & verbal)
