What is the Shopper Plus FBS project? (Fulfillment byShopperPlus)

Shopper Plus is a diverse 3PL(third-party logistics) that offersvarious order fulfillment services to help you manage products and inventory.FBS has a modern self-contained warehouse based just out of Montreal Island inCanada. Shopper Plus FBS has 11 years of experience as a leader in providingefficient and competitive order fulfillment solutions in Canada for smaller,medium-sized and start-up businesses which need the best shipping options.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Introduce and sell our FBS services to currentand future customers
  • Complete the sales process while building astrong customer relationship;
  • Achieve targeted area volume goals through adisciplined sales approach;
  • You will engage and maintain both active andinactive clientele integrating them into the FBS partnership programs;
  • Outbound call communication throughout the day toassist service partners in processing order fulfillment services, inventory andmanagement services, and shipping services;
  • Pursue market growth within the assigned marketarea of service partners according to the agreed-upon growth objectives bymanaging the volume, flow and maintaining effective follow-up with existing FBSpartners and update partner or contact information accurately and in a timelymanner;
  • Effectively communicate competitive advantages ona transactional and broad basis to ensure proper service positioning within themarket;
  • Collaborate with the sales team to determinenecessary strategic sales approaches;
  • “Cold call” new prospects and existing partnersusing a combination of telephone, social media and email.
  • Identify decision-makers within targeted leadsand prospects and inform the sales team within calls-to-action notes, dates,contacts, etc.
  • Act as a liaison between our head office andwarehouse team.

Who you are
  •   Excellent written and verbal communication skillsin English and Mandarin, French is a strong asset;
  • ExcExceptional interpersonal skills and passion forsales;
  • ExcExcellent listening skills and proven ability toask effective probing questions;Ability to build strong sales point document tooptimize the sales process;
  • StrStrong influencing, sales and closing skills;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a highpressure, fast-paced environment;
  • Taking initiative and proving recommendations toimprove processes and procedures;
  • Previous professional experience in a sales roleis an asset;
  • Self-motivating.
