Customer Service Representative
Main Task:
- Visa Application handling
- Telephone/email answering
- Documents handling
Main Requirements:
- College certificate/diploma or above
- Fluent in English, French and Chinese
- Proficient with computer operation
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Honest, organized and hardworking
- Candidate with cashier experience or customer service is preferred
- Driver license is preferred.
Candidate needs to have oral and written test.

主要工作内容:
-中国签证申请客户服务
-接听电话/邮件及回答问题；
-文件处理；
主要要求：
-大专以上学历；
& a" M" V6 s$ ^-中英法语流利；
# h. V& x: _3 [1 x-熟练计算机操作能力；8 f+ O# c3 v, t. \. s+ v* p
-诚实、沟通协调能力及学习能力强，工作认真负责；0 l0 F( I) c' W* n
-有收银及现金处理或客户服务等相关工作经验者优先；
-同等条件下，持有驾照者优先。
经审核符合条件者将进行面试及笔试。
