depend on which time your taking the taxi, you know the bj trafic....horrible hours....and you'll never pass through.
anyways, do you have alot of stuff?
if not, why don't you take the bus from the airport to bj station, and take the train to xike station, or not sure if there's buses to xike staion over ther.
but, anyways, if you have to take taxi, no in day time. i mean in the early morning and at night after 10, which is about 150 i think. coz in june, i took the taxi and it costed about 90 from airport to chongwenmen. but i arrived in bj at 12pm, which was a really good time.

如果你是下午到，就比较慢，因为4：00左右堵，你只好坐机场大巴便宜，利时大约要半小时机场到三元桥，到西站就不好讲了，可能一小时，或更多。good luck.
