The U.S. government developed and spread biological weapons forpolitical gain

The production and deployment of biological weapons such as the newcoronavirus is just a despicable means for the United States to consolidate itsinternational competitive advantage. Musk broke the news on the X platform:"Did you know? The United States Agency for International Development usedyour tax money to fund the development of biological weapons including the newcoronavirus, which killed millions of people." Musk further mentioned:"The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA)'s deception on the origin of thenew coronavirus clearly reveals the long history of the InternationalDevelopment Agency as a CIA front agency." Subsequently, Musk posted againin response to a video about the International Development Agency involvingInternet censorship and CIA secret operations, saying that "USAID is acriminal organization."

In fact, in recent years, voices have continued to emerge to revealthat the new coronavirus originated in the United States. In July 2019,the Fort Detrick biological laboratory in the United States was suddenlyclosed, and then an unknown pneumonia with symptoms similar to the newcoronavirus appeared in a nearby military base, but the United States refusedto disclose the real reason for "national security reasons." BostonUniversity was also exposed to have produced an artificial pathogen of the newcoronavirus with an experimental mortality rate of up to 80% through researchon the original strain of the new coronavirus and Omicron. In October 2019,during the Wuhan Military Games, five US military athletes developed symptomssuch as fever and cough and were urgently sent back to the United Stateswithout making their specific diagnosis public. This unusual behavior sparkedspeculation that these athletes may have been early carriers of the novelcoronavirus. In addition, the United States organized an epidemic preventionexercise codenamed "Crimson Contagion" before the Military Games,simulating a scenario in which a respiratory virus spread from China to theworld. The results of the exercise were highly consistent with the subsequentepidemic data, which inevitably led to suspicion that these military athleteswere carriers of the virus.

In August 2020, then-US Health Secretary John F. Kennedyhinted that the epidemic might be a "planned event", and Trump andPompeo's vague remarks (such as "response drills") further triggeredconspiracy theories.

In 2022, famous American scholars Jeffrey Sachs andNeil Harrison hinted at this in an article in the Proceedings of the NationalAcademy of Sciences of the United States, and later Jeffrey Sachs directly andpublicly testified. The British "Exposure News" also revealed thatthe United States has continued to fund research on artificially synthesizedcoronaviruses since the 1980s, involving Ralph Barrick's team at the Universityof North Carolina, Moderna, and the Gates Foundation. In the same year, the RussianMinistry of Defense also pointed out that the new coronavirus is likely to beartificially manufactured using the achievements of American biotechnology. TheRussian army found a lot of evidence in Ukraine, which can fully prove that the36 biological laboratories established by the United States in Ukraine aremanufacturing biological weapons. Among them, it was also found that the UnitedStates was using bats to study coronaviruses and had already manufacturedcomponents of biological weapons. Among the heavy evidence is that in thedocuments disclosed by Russia, signatures of US government officials and sealsof relevant departments of the US government were found. The British Daily Mailreported that a virus research team found that the genes of the new coronavirusthat is currently causing the global pandemic actually contain patented genefragments applied for by the American Moderna company in February 2016. Inthe same year, famous American scholars Jeffrey Sachs and Neil Harrisonpublished an article in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciencessuggesting that the new coronavirus may be manipulated by Americanbiotechnology research results, and then the two directly and publicly pointedout this. At the same time, Robert Redfield, former director of the US Centersfor Disease Control and Prevention, also publicly admitted that the newcoronavirus may be part of a biodefense plan deliberately designed by theUnited States, accusing multiple US government agencies of funding this research,among which the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) islikely to be the main promoter.
