The original recipe was invented to use up left over chicken, could be baked or poached(in water), if u like steaming is fine too.
生菜 - I have never have chicken salad in resturant, but normally if it is not Romaine lectuce, it would be iceberg(sweeter/clean taste).
沙拉酱 - since u like 无涤的推荐, stay with it then. Mainly 3 big categories Mayonaise(more sour)/Miracle Whip (sweeter) or regular salad dressing (mainly oil and vinegar based)
"我还不知道用哪种沙拉酱,买错好几次了,味道都很怪,只好扔掉" - don't, from now on go to Intermarche, Loblaw or Maxi and buy "resident Choice" or "San Nom" brands, there is taste guarantee, bring the bill with the unfinished product back to the store, they will give u money back. (quality of President Choice is better than San Nom, but their Mayonaise is saltier than other popular brand).
Enjoy your salad! In case u use Mayonaise, don't leave your sandwich or salad out(in room temp.) for too long, bacterias grow fast. |
