不育的原因
　　年轻夫妇（女方24岁）正常性生活婚后一个月妊娠的机会仅为25%，半年约50%，一年增

至88%，二年为95%。因而将婚后正常性生活，未采取避孕措施二年未生育的情况定为不育症

。渴望生育孩子的夫妇，婚后一年即可开始进行检查，明确不育原因。生育孩子的能力随年

龄增长而下降。

　　不育的原因可能在女方，或在男方，或者双方都有问题。
　　1．女方排卵障碍或不排卵。常见的原因有多囊卵巢综合症，临床表现为稀发月经、肥胖

及多毛，或其中之二。要经过详细的化验及B超来确诊。又如高泌乳素血症，临床表现为闭经

及/或泌乳，也需化验来证实。也可因过度节食致体重显著降低而引起闭经。还有一些人年龄

在35～40岁以下即发生过早绝经，即卵巢早衰，或由于肿瘤等病因切除双卵巢均不能排卵。

以上情况经检查确诊后应针对情况给药物治疗或采取特殊措施。

　　2．女方输卵管不通，功能不良。致成输卵管不通的原因常有炎症、结核或子宫内膜异位

症。结核性输卵管炎致成的阻塞，不能行复通术。子宫内膜异位症患者输卵管可能通畅，但

也可由于盆腔内粘连，卵管蠕动能力异常，精卵不能相遇。如果既往做过结扎手术，可行输

卵管复通术，但也要看既往结扎手术的方式。

　　3．免疫因素。如女方子宫颈粘液或血清存在抗精子抗体，或男方本身存在抗精子抗体。

　　4．男性因素。男方少精或弱精症，即男方精子数目少于2000万/ml，活率＜50%,畸形精

子＞50%者。这类患者需借助孕技术帮助生育。无精或死精症则无法用自己的精子生育，必

须借助他人精子。但供精者必须经过体检，无传染病，无遗传缺陷，智力发育正常，精液检

查正常。
　　5．原因不明不育症。经检查无上述各项原因，也可多年不育。
