Hello,

( ~. V. z6 ~: ~9 k1 ~Bell Canada cheated me to install its long distance service.
They gave me 0.08 $ per minute. But After I received phone bill, they increase the rate as well as appear some phone calls made in July and Aug. Of course, those calls I already paid in July and August.
