if both of you are now in Canada. you need not to get your formal divorce certificate. if you want to get married later then you MAY need a divorce prove, on thing though is that there are about 60% Quebecors they have common law relationship no marriage certification is required and the gouvernment considers this relation as formal one.

0 i4 D6 W  V( V# S2 L4 Ianother way (may not legal though) is that you get a divorce cetificate in China by some specail channel, then you fill the form by yourself.
