请问魁北克关于离婚的法律，是申请离婚就即时生效，还是要确实分居两年以后才算离婚？

昨天有朋友和我讲，在渥太华，法律规定分居两年才可办离婚。。。。

魁北克的政策是如何？

1) Seperate Officially
2) Wait for one year
3) Submit divorce application
4) Wait for three to four months to get the court decision
5) Get divorce certificate after another month

If one of you has been out of Canada for more than one year:
Directly start from 3).

I do not understand.

Is that mean the couple cannot divorce right away?
Have to wait after one year for official?

没有official seperation.我以前听人讲分居2年后，自动离婚。这两年来生活一直很动荡。也和他叨叨不清，所以就一直搁下了，去年11月就满两年了，可是某人竟然说他的结婚证找不到了。我学习很忙，真没精力和流氓打架了，但眼瞅3年就要到了，我老人家再怎样也得亲自出面管管这事了。
