I am so pissed off with Jade Travel!
Because of SARS, I canceled my flight to China and ask refund for the ticket.
The Chinese lady in JT charged me $50 service fee(it was $30 before SARS)and told me it needed 3 months to get the refund and she explained me the reason is because of Air Canada.
So I wait, but I don't feel reasonable for such a long time to get back my money paid by Visa.
Then I contact with Air Canada refund service, and from what they explained to me I know that the JT lady is telling me a lie.

She cheated me because she thought I am a Chinese and not familiar with the law here.

Good morning,
As explained in my previous email, your refunds were processed by your travel agent through their in house accounting system BSP with no involvement from Air Canada. Your travel agent should provide you with an explanation as to the length of time it took for you to receive this refund.

You are not the only poor guy. It's almost the same story I heard about 翡翠旅行社 on this issue this summer.The women is such a slut and you can sue this comany so that let them know "Don't shit Chinese again, *****!"

Hei, You are lucky, the other agents are charging $100 for each ticket cancellation and have to wait longer time for refund.

“Chinese cheats Chinese”这个题目就不妥。很多新移民在这里的华人店买东西受了气之后，似乎很难接受。一直不能想不开的是，“咱们可都是中国人，你为什么骗咱中国人呢？”

非也！这里的华人来自不同的国家地区。当你给他们生意的时候，店主老板都和颜悦色地说“咱们都是中国人”，其实人家骨子里没拿他们自己当中国人，确实把你当成了中国人。人家跟你不是一种人。

这位朋友在“翡翠旅行社”遇到的不幸是这样，有朋友在越南人开的超市遇到不公是这样，还有人在满地可银行（Bank Of Montreal）遇到蔑视和看不起也是这样。尽管为你提供服务的都长着华人脸，可骨子里是两类人。因为要做你的生意才讲几句你听得懂的“国语”，别太拿人家不当外人。

Usually I don't take "Chinese looking" whom can't speak Mandarin well as real Chinese. Forget about them!

在国内互相欺骗虽然也很可恨，但感觉起来没有在国外这么强烈。大家从相同的故乡来到陌生的土地，不管承不承认，总是认为自己人能亲切一些，可以信任一些，任人唯亲的心理总是有的。可是事实总给我们反思，那些同胞（姑且称之为同胞）欺负欺骗同胞的事情总是不断发生着抱怨也没有用。大家扪心自问，自己有没有做这样的事情。同胞如果不能帮同胞，也无可厚非，但用卑劣的手段欺负欺骗同胞，就该收指责甚至唾弃。我们来到国外，行为不单是个体的素质表现，也代表了国家民族的素质展现，希望各位自重自爱。真希望弄个厚黑榜，将那些害群之马拿出来现现！当然，我也遇到很多非常热心善良的国人，望好的方面看吧，从自己做起。
