about surgery fee??? help

Does anyone know if the Quebec medi-card cover the
* [5 b0 R. I- D+ Bsmall eye surgery fee?( not laser eye operation for near sight), If not covered, does anyone know if the surgery fee is very expensive here?

My friend took the surgey to remove something in mouth. It is free. Only for your reference.
